Dunno why i never thought of this before! Download a freeware metronome:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=140798

Useful for traddies who are without a rhythm section! I have just been a nice pair of bilma but want to keep them in good nick...

The file needs to be unzipped (double click on it) and installed. It will work on Windows machines and should be virus free (although I will report back if my computer experiences 'issues') because it came from SourceForge.

It will run as an exe from the folder you extracted the files to. So far it is virus free and will do 1-6 beats per bar. It'll also record and allow you to tune stuff (but IO have yet to test this).
