Here's a classic pic of two greats... an old 1960s marluk (didgeridoo) from Port Keats and the young Master Darryl Digarrnga. This marluk hasn't been played properly for 30-40 years. Darryl breathing life into this marluk has been a revelation, bringing it back to culture...

I like the contrast of the vintage marluk and Darryl's running shoes!

NICE!! Very NICE!!! Love the dark background and how the photo was laid out BTW. Must be nice to have these around. Hard NOT to play them all every day.

Hard not to play them, but I can't! Imagine if I play each instrument here for 1 minute each every day and I don't mean just Darryl's instruments. It would take me 5 to 6 hours to cover the 300+ instruments here. If you factor in the time, 20-30 seconds, between each instrument, that would add another 2.5 hours to the total time to play all the instruments.

Wow! I haven't looked at it before quite like that, but the arithmetic is scary... that's 7-8 hours to play every didgeridoo at iDIDJ Australia for 1 minute each.

Imagine the sore lips... Crying or Very sad
