if this has already been asked soz.
some one told me about dup a Drong Drong as a different variant of dip a diddle diddle etc in NEAL now I find the drong a lot easier and comftabler and am able to breath on each drong but I CANT breath on each diddle my questionsis in 2 parts (and I know its samantics) is drong and diddle one in the same even though it sounds different to me. and if different is it an area thing ie gove over groote type thing
and why do I find one really hard to do and the other really easy to do just cant figure it out and I know all the arguments about breathing etc just seems strange to me that I can do one and not the other?

Hi Stockie.
I don't know the answer to your first question but maybe have a clue for the second :
Diddle phrase only uses the tip of the tongue to move in the front of your mouth (right behind the front teeth) > D-D-L
Wheras Drong also starts with a tongue-tip-in-teeth position (D), then moves to the retroflex position of the tongue (R-oN), and finally, the G sound is guttural (back of throat).
This tongue and throat movement enables you to do a quick "tongue-breathing", unlike Diddle.
To my ears, Drong is closer to Dhrill than to Diddle...
